Pakistan star cricketer Umar Akmal has been Banned from all formats of cricket for 3 years.
According to PCB.Umar Akmal Banned
Umar recently played for Pakistan in two T20I against Sri Lanka in Lahore 2019. But unfortunate falling to first ball ducks on both occasions.
Umar Akmal handed three-year ban from all cricket by Chairman of the Disciplinary Panel Mr Justice (retired) Fazal-e-Miran Chauhan.

After PCB anti-corruption decision Umer Akmal banned from now on he will not be able to play any form of cricket.

and also Umer Akmal will not be a part of the T20I world cup 2020.

Akmal had stated at some stage in an interview that he became offered $200,000. from fixers to go away two deliveries in one of the matches. He also claimed that he offered him lots of money to skip the matches against India.

“I was once offered $200,000 for leaving two deliveries. I was also offered to skip matches against India,” Akmal Said

Umer Akmal also said that he was also approached during ICC WC 2015, which was played in Australia and Newzealand.

“It was our first match against India in the 2015 World Cup . Every match when i play ed against India, they offer me money to make some excuse and opt out of the game. But I have told those spot fixers that I am very sincere with my country Pakistan and to not talk to me on this topic ever again.”  Umer Akmal said

However, Akmal had failed to say if he had suggested this to the anti-corruption unit or not.

According to ICC anti-corruption code 2.4.4 and a pair of 2.4.5. skippers are bound to mention all the corrupt approaches made to them at some point in any event. and minimum punishment of all this will be 5 years.
